which produces amazing flavor, tenderness, and juiciness. 
To kick off our Wagyu Festival, we are honored to feature the wines of Villa Creek Cellars,
which are the BEST expression of Paso Roble’s Rhone grape varieties.
You will have the chance to meet this stellar husband and wife winemaking team
and taste how beautifully their wines pair with our menu created by
Executive Chef Albert Balbas
featuring succulent and delicious Tajima Wagyu beef!
