 We are proud to feature Maui’s own organic Ocean Vodka on this special evening. When you add creative craft cocktails to a contemporary Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine menu,

dinner turns into an amazing adventure! The menu is created by our d.k Steak House Executive Chef Albert Balbas.

The craft cocktails are created by two of O’ahu’s best “hipster” mixologists, Chandra Lucariello, Director of Mixology & Spirits at Southern Wine & Spirits and Zack Stewart,

our own Head Bartender at Waikīkī Sansei and d.k Steak House.

cold pressed ginger-honey syrup, and sparkling water

 

Appetizer

HOUSEMADE SEAFOOD SAUSAGE cold water lobster tail, Day Boat scallops, Red Argentine shrimp, and lump crab sausage with chives and Nalo Farms tarragon, accompanied with confit of Roma tomato-caper relish, blistered shishito peppers, charred Kahuku super sweet corn ragout, tarragon-basil beurre blanc

“Garden Variety” Hawai‘i’s own organic Ocean Vodka, basil infused Cocchi Americano fresh grapefruit juice, Fleur de Sel St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur

 

2nd Course

“PORK & BEANS” Kauai Red Dirt spiced “Two Lady Farmers” pork loin accompanied with Maui Gold pineapple-mango chutney, roasted garlic jus, white bean and thick cut bacon casuoulet

“Twist of Fate” Jalapeño infused Hawai‘i’s own organic Ocean Vodka, honey, yuzu, amaretto
