Meet Santa Maria’s Native Son James Ontiveros
TUESDAY, JUNE 12, 2018 – 6:00 p.m.
Limited to 40 seats
James Ontiveros is the ninth generation farmer and grape grower of the
Alta, California Ontiveros family, working in the same valley founded by his ancestors
in the cool Mediterranean climate of Santa Maria appellation.
All the wines from the Ranchos Vinedo Vineyard come from grapes on old vines on their own roots. They are magnificent, beautiful, and complex wines.
On this night, we will be pairing some of his wines with a “locally grown” menu created by d.k Steak House Executive Chef Albert Balbas.
